Tea Tree Gully Council

Northern Sport and Recreation Network

“The City of Tea Tree Gully had the immense pleasure of having Kat Ingram from Keystone Sporting Solutions present at the Northern Sport and Recreation Network’s ‘Attract and Retain Volunteers Workshop’. This event was a collaborative effort by six Local Government Councils: Cities of PAE, Playford, Prospect, Charles Sturt, Salisbury, and Tea Tree Gully. We were thrilled to receive over 70 registrations from 30 different sporting clubs and organisations across these councils, showcasing the widespread interest in the vital topic of volunteer management.

Kat was an engaging and dynamic presenter, effortlessly connecting with the sporting minds in the room. Her insights into the evolving volunteer landscape were not only informative but also crucial for the sustainability of our clubs. She emphasised the importance of adapting to these changes and provided practical strategies to attract and retain volunteers, who are truly the lifeblood of our sporting clubs and organisations.

The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive. Participants appreciated Kat’s thorough research, the valuable information shared, and her ability to captivate the audience. Her workshop was a blend of deep knowledge and engaging delivery, making it a memorable and impactful experience for all.

On behalf of the City of Tea Tree Gully and the Northern Sport and Recreation Network, we extend our heartfelt thanks to Kat. Your contribution has made a significant impact on our community, and we look forward to future collaborations. This certainly won’t be the last you hear from us!”
