Strategic Planning for Multiple Clubs
While the strategic planning needs may vary for each club or association, there are instances where Local Councils or State Sporting Organisations may desire to offer their member clubs the chance to engage in this planning process at the same time. In such cases, we can facilitate a modified strategic planning workshop that accommodates multiple clubs simultaneously. During this workshop, clubs can individually develop their own strategic plans, while our facilitators ensure a structured and guided process.
